The information retrieved is used solely to provide Services and insights.

Finomini may offer features powered by AI technologies ("AI Services"). These services:

May occasionally generate inaccurate or outdated results

You agree to verify any insights provided by AI Services with a qualified professional before taking action.

7. Paid Services and Subscriptions

8.2 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit ("User Submissions"). By doing so, you grant Finomini:

A worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display your content as needed to provide the Services
The right to improve, analyze, and aggregate such content internally

9. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if:

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINOMINI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL
DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE GREATER OF $100 OR AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS

Class actions and jury trials are waived
You may also pursue claims in small claims court if applicable
